I have a HTC S710 with the fold out keyboard.

I have tried the touch thingies, but my fingers are just to damn big. And I just hate the fact that when I click on the keyboard thingie it takes up half my screen. And I found that typing email while driving is seriously easy, just steer with a knee.

Back to the topic, I think Apple is making a serious error in judgement with trying to keep it's software developers on a short leash. I would not be happy, but that is why I develop on the Windows platform! I love it!

Ahahahahaha, I love china..

But its hardly surprising they rip off the rest of the worlds technology, since they are employed to produce most of it in the first place..

I want a Chiphone!

It's just not technology they do it to, it's manufacturing things too. A friend of mine has a Ping driver that was one of those post-mold ones. Where the manufacturer was told by Ping to destroy the molds, factory says okay, runs a few thousand of their own, destroys the molds as ordered, and sells the stuff they ran on the black market. Just as an example.

If the Chinese government doesn't crack down on this crap everyone will start to pull their business out, then they'll be stuck back in the 1970s without technology to steal.

Yeah considering the other people I know that hate Vista I'm sure it's a crappy OS....

You're right. Sorry if my portable RDF genrator malfunctioned Sad

So, just because it's an Apple product it means it's beyond criticism? Are magical elves working on it? If so, why the hell are these magical elves keeping my phone at a nice toasty temperature ALL DAY LONG?

Besides, I own one and I'm perfectly qualified to talk about its limitations and defects. What about your iPhone? How does it work today?

No, and it's kinda sucky that you go on the whole "It's an Apple Product" angle...

Just saying if your damn device is broken or the people you know bought yours/theirs from a bad batch then you did and their tech support sucks for not telling you so.

What your saying is like if BlackTiger or whoever shows up saying he's got a problem with Windows Search and, other people he knows has a problem, and then they say it's not a rare problem....especially if everyone on here (Channel9) says they don't see it.

But don't say the device sucks because you and 10 of your closes friends have the same issue...yeah YOUR device sucks, doesn't mean the rest of us (Knocks on wood) have bad devices.

BTW: Haven't charged mine in two days and I'm at about 30%...iPod not iPhone...I will admit there is probably a difference since my iPod doesn't constantly check for edge connection

Wait a second, where did I say that? You brought Vista in the discussion (I wonder why...)

What I mentioned is that the Apple genius told me that everything is fine and it's not their fault anyways after glancing at my phone. Considering that I know for a fact that it's not the case, you'll forgive me if I'm not entirely joyful about Apple's customer service...

Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying, can you rephrase?

WHY NOT?!?! MY device SUCKS! According to the internet it's magical, but according to MY personal experience and some of my friends, it's not that magical at all. Now, who do I believe, my experience or a bunch of writers on the internet who may or may not have their agendas?

I don't know, whould you believe ME if I told you that Windows is flawless and whatever problem you're having is a figment of your imagination?

Please stop comparing your iPod to an iPhone. The power usage profiles are completely different.

The words of someone who has clearly never had to try and convince Apple support of an actual fault, because they're worse than any other company for denying the existence of what you see, even when it's a widely reported problem. Even Toshiba are better than that, which is saying something.

... recalling apple censorships regarding incidents on its products like the 20 inch monitor failures. they dont even just saying nothing or denying, they even covered it up.
