Just wondering if any one out there is a big fan of SCRUM development life cycle.

If so, what is the biggest thing to come out of this over the other ways of developing systems.

Reason I am asking this is because I am  thinking of implementing SCRUM on the next project that I working on.

Any feedback would be helpful.
