problems with sign in

Good morning,

Ever since the new C9 starterd I am unable to use my old sign in j0217995.  I for some reason don't rmeemeber my password adn the email me my lost password doesn't work, or I don't know what the email I registered with was.
Can somoene contact me how to get this back?
