Since it has always been my understanding that C9 is short for "9 brilliant videos by Charles a day", I am kind of bummed by the lack of Charles around here! I don't mind that Bill has departed, he basically left after Windows 95.

BUT, I want my Charles back!
(don't tell me he is still sick!)

Charles is actually in France for the Imagine Cup Finals. He's actually one of the Imagine Cup judges so his schedule is booked pretty solid, but he'll have some footage from Imagine Cup after next week. You can expect to see a bunch of videos on Channel 8 by Max too.

I miss his emphasis on the word nice. They will feed him well in France though, He'll be soon be on the mend.

I'm no longer sick, just scarred... In France (Paris). As Dan mentioned, I am a judge for Software Design for the Imagine Cup 2008 Finals. My schedule is pretty hectic. I won't be making much C9 content from the event (this is the stuff of Channel 8 and Max and team are all over it...).

As to my nontroversiality, my assumption is that this means I am non-controversial?

I'll be posting some great content for you while in France (C# 4.0 Design Team (yes, Anders is in it.....) and an Application Virtualization Going Deep).

Feels good to be missed.Smiley

Thanks,
C
