Why yes, because installing firmware from god knows where onto your phone is a really good idea.

Download Windows Live Mobile, because it is awesome.  I just got a HTC 6800 and I chanced upon this application, and it has maps, traffic. weather, etc..

I want "Samsung Omnia" with Diamond's 640x480 screen and graphics chip...
Am I want too much?...

Just compared Omnia's and Diamond's cameras...

If "D" has 3mp crap, then "O" has 5mp crap... Number of "mp" means nothing.
If you have cheap crappy sensor then even 999 MPs will not help you....

But "O" has "microSD" slot and more "memory" by default...
But "D" has higher resolution screen and 3D chip... But "hardcoded" 4GB of storage...

Bloody hell... I hate options and choice!

Everytime you use your Samsung Omnia, God kills a kitten, please Dovella, think about the kittens! Sad

Phone cams are crap in general. They won't hold up to pro cams or even normal digi cams. The issue is that they use normally CMOS chips in these cameras and they have issues with noise and stuff... Phone cams are good for snapshots but not for doing any kind of better shots.

My KAISER is a nice phone, but it is a great phone overall. Some stuff I hate about it ...

-My SIM card gets scratched every time I remove it because the SIM door on the KAISER doesn't open ; you have to slide the card out.
-POOR battery life.. My friend's 3g Iphone outlasts my KAISERs battery every single day!
Yeah, but some are more crap than others Smiley The Nokia N95 has a very respectable camera for example, whereas the iPhone is pretty much useless unless you have the perfect amount of light.

Here's my WIndows Mobile conversation.

I've been using WM since WM 2002 on an iPaq. I moved up through the phones over the years. My last winmo phone was a att tilt aka htc kaiser. I thought it was awesome.......ly slow. It was bogged. I got an iPhone 3g and am loving it.

yes I totally agree, the only usefulness I see is for barcode readings (that is fun) Smiley

as for the noise, I believe it's not because they are using a CMOS sensor (professional full-frame cameras have one too), it's because of it's size; that really is a very important, if not the most important, factor

Haha, and if you do it, you wont get the new Windows Mobile updates because the phone "isn't powerful enough". What a scam.
I have used the Omnia pretty extensively lately as a friend bought one and I borrowed it. I disagree with this, I still find it inferior to iPhone in pretty much every way. (Except for the camera app which is pretty damn cool)
