Is this how it is compiled or some thing wrong in the installed html component? any idea? Sad

This is how it feels when you do not upgrade to the latest technology...
before installation,did it asked for to upgrade windows installer service?

- here i upgraded it to ver 4.5 and it installed.


//edit- I have sql 2k5 bol and others, but those display is all proper even .net 2.0 help.
