oh Jeez, this place isn't Agile, is it?   No wonder it takes so long for any changes to get implemented.

This will be the sixth time we have destroyed it and we have become exceedingly efficient at it
Actually the changes we work on get done pretty fast.

No there wasn't. I should know... The only "edit" was splitting the long interview into two smaller parts. No content was removed. Where do you see what seems to be an edit?

If it wasn't an edit it was a jut on my computer. I will rewatch the bit and post the time code if it jerks again. Yeah, watched again, if it wasn't an edit then there was a hiccup in your encoding. 11 minutes 46 seconds in on the silverlight stream.

Indeed. I see that. It's video only, however. You'll notice that Duncan's talking is not disrupted. It's a video artifact. Duncan also talks alot, so the audio stream was more robust (in terms of data coherence) than the video data patterns (lighting changes during panning perhaps perturbed the video data continuity) Smiley (just playing)

Charles...Your tone and the way you commented, with a calm style, was very good.

Thanks. I have only admiration for the dev team (and, by the way, the extended dev team includes the great David Shadle (C9 UX Master) and PM extraordinaire, Grace Francisco). It was fun to learn about what they've created. It's simply great stuff. So, calmness and listening was easy. That's a sign of real interest is all.
