Inch by Inch
David Shadle was going through his files and found some original Channel 9 Concept Sketches.

These were sketched out after a brainstorming session in my office with Bryn, Charles, David, Robert, Lenn and myself. I've uploaded the entire set to Flickr. The mostly text sketches were created in and around December of 2003 and the final 9 homepage around February with plenty of back forths from Jeff's Office and Davids and the whole team.

stick a scissor in you eye!
Meanwhile, you look like Kenny Chesney (or any Country Western Star) in that avatar Wink Hehe. Keep up the good work, guys. As a community of developers, we all know how frustrating it can be dealing with these types of issues.

whatever happened to the search input box on the frontpage?.. or at the header of all pages? considering the search page itself is pretty bare and offers no advanced searching like within a timeframe, you could at least put a popular common tag box(bigger than the frontpage one, but not as big as the tag page itself) under the input box to fill up the page and provide search terms (ie the tags don't act as tag links, but get used as search terms instead, cus that gives you a better overview of things like videos descriptions than using the tag links etc)
I'm a little surprised there isn't a Live Search box on all the C9 pages...
