With me it's a full-time job.
Hit the link and see if you can spot the similarity between Microsoft's leaders and luminaries.

I think it's clear this problem isn't an MS specific issue, the problem is prevelant in corporations & in the tech industry - MS hitting both categories. But I was still disapointed when I saw this page.

On a lighter note, congrats go to Chris Anderson for having the most amusing mugshot.

And because each gender and race is just as good as the others, that's not a problem.

I'm still trying to figure out how this is a "problem"....
Perhaps you could explain why you think this is a problem?

erm at pretty much every Microsoft related event I have attended there has been speakers from a wide selection of nationalities and both genders.

You can acuse Microsoft of many things but not this.

The tech industry as a whole has more men then women. Why there is less women at higher levels of management is a more complex issue.

Not to mention is it that surprising that:
Microsoft was created in North America
North America has a predominatly white population (okay its Wikipedia but you can find the origianl census data if you look around http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Race_and_ethnicity_in_the_United_States_Census)

It finds lightbulbs.

Having looked at a bunch of PDC videos I've noticed a whole range of ethnicities come by. I wonder why you're not making a big deal out of that, but you are making a big deal about 10 people who did the keynotes.

You don't see many morbidly obese transgender ginger haired african 'little people' doing presentations at pdc.. I think theres some sort of 'ism going on.. and I don't like it one bit.
