aim stupidly high, expect to fail often.

Blimey, I mean, I know MS had a reputation for arriving late to a party, figuring out what games everyone was playing and then starting a new round with all the other people who didn't get tired of playing the first time. But this is pretty impressive.

But now all my friends are on facebook, and skype. Awwww...

And it shares by default. Which is incredibly weird for a company that tends to take privacy seriously

Seems hard to find "Friends" on there though. Facebook has your friends right there on the page, while home.live.com... where are friends? There is no longer a "Friends" in my spaces menu. I am having trouble with the inconsistency of the top menus when you switch from one part of the live service to another. The top is completely different when you are on spaces, vs Hotmail, vs people, vs photos, etc. Confusing... these menus need consistency across pages. I should be able to go anywhere from anywhere on the service.

Hotmail is on a slightly later release schedule.  It'll be updated with Hotmail (Calendar and People are inside Hotmail) early next year.

You can easily invite your Facebook friends. This was great as I am now able to also connect iwth many friends who were on Facebook via Messenger.
