Why would it be unofficial? Adobe has made Flash players for Windows CE (and consequently, Windows Mobile) since 2001.

I really like my Blackberry Bold, the blackberry browser is good too, even better than the Opera version I think personally.

Actually this was my number one criteria (though I did fancy a change from Apple which is nice to browse in).

The Xperia has both ie and opera browsers out of the box
One thing I have noticed though - the experience is great , but my eyesight just doesn't cut it anymore!  (Time for a trip to the optician methinks)
