Not really, no.

This is the second "funny-but-not-real" article I've read today. The other was this news report that F# will ship with Visual Studio 2010 because an intern accidently checked F# into the Visual Studio Team Foundation Server.

It's not April 1st, is it?

I did think it was strange when I first read it but then read that a potato can carry an electrical charge...
