Congratulations, you found the page N out of N-1 problem that's been here since the v4 launch.

Maybe w3bbo can do some of his l33t math skillz and prove that "5 out of 4" is possibleBas said:Congratulations, you found the page N out of N-1 problem that's been here since the v4 launch.

With percentage you express portion, but 5 out of 4 is as real as 125% is real in some situations. For example you can get an extra hour on your laptop that would usually last no more than 4 hours by lowering display brightness. You got 5 out of 4 hours.Harlequin said:

5 out of 4 sounds unnatural, but so are negative or complex numbers in most measurements that you can make in nature - you can't have -3 stones, your can't have a negative momentum, but that doesn't prevent us from using negative numbers when we feel like it.
5 out 4 is only another representation of a fraction, which is mathematically not problematical, it's just that in physical world many things can't go over 100%. -

Looks like a nice set of integrals... and if you look cosely you will see that they use TeX to do the formulas on WikipediaHarlequin said:

5 out 4 is only another representation of a fraction, which is mathematically not problematical, it's just that in physical world many things can't go over 100%.Rule 1: We are to admit no more causes of natural things than such as are both true and sufficient to explain their appearances.
Rule 2: Therefore to the same natural effects we must, as far as possible, assign the same causes.
Rule 3: The qualities of bodies, which admit neither intensification nor remission of degrees, and which are found to belong to all bodies within the reach of our experiments, are to be esteemed the universal qualities of all bodies whatsoever.
Rule 4: In experimental philosophy we are to look upon propositions inferred by general induction from phenomena as accurately or very nearly true, notwithstanding any contrary hypothesis that may be imagined, till such time as other phenomena occur, by which they may either be made more accurate, or liable to exceptions.
You gotta admit, impossible is nothing.

Coming back to the bug: it's weird because the 5th page is gone if you go back to the fourth... it's like as if they give you a 5 out of 4 - a small moment of joy and fun - and then steal it again...Harlequin said:
