Plugins for Exchange Server

Can we create plugins for exchange server using .NET languages? I can't find any references ...

Exchange doesn't have a "plugin" system; you just write your own programs and daemons and use COM as a form of IPC (although I think Message Sinks are loaded into Exchange, I'm not sure). MSDN has its own Developer Center for Exchange server.

What are you thinking of writing?
