In Vista 64 w/ SP2 beta I made a following shortcut and set google as default home page:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff -private

On the first run it works as expected but if I leave the first instance open then open using that shortcut again, the new instance opens to:

http://www.google.com/search?q=-extoff&rls=com.microsoft:en-US&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&startIndex=&startPage=1

rather than just plain www.google.com
