This is how it feels when you do not upgrade to the latest technology...
Hy;

A document of 5 pages on A4 size containing two screen shots and remaining is explanation, when I printed the document on "Adobe PDF" and pdf document format is not same as word and content is not placed properly and it goes to 8 pages.

If I do the same from word to xps and xps to pdf... it works properly. But I can't print it directly to pdf.

postscript- Does anybody knows how to print to xps document on custom paper size? I have seen the property sheet and did not find other then predefined paper size. Even I do not know if it supports custom settings or not.

I find the best way to convert from Word to PDF is via the Microsoft converter (adds a save as option rather than a printer driver).

Make sure you have selected A4 within the Adobe PDF printer settings, and uncheck "allow A4/letter resizing" from within Word's settings.
