There is a page up on the Microsoft Partner program site that states Microsoft Partners with Technet or Msdn subscriptions can download it now. Everyone else will have to wait until May 5.
When you go to Technet or Msdn it isn't listed yet.

It's not available on mine, nor on connect...

Maybe it isn't intended to be live yet. -
This is what it says
Partners: If you have a subscription to MSDN or TechNet, you can download Windows 7 RC now. Otherwise, you can download Windows 7 RC starting May 5, 2009. -
Well the details are still kinda fuzzy. I think they may have gotten the cart before the horse. I haven't been able to find the download on Technet or Msdn downloads and we are a Certified Partner.

This is from ArsTechnica Site:
MSDN and TechNet subscribers will not be getting access soon. A few faithful readers got this quote from the Microsoft Online Concierge Chat: "Currently the Windows 7 RC has not been avaiable through the TechNet subscription yet, only the Microsoft OEM partners such as Dell, Siemens are taking part in the RC's this period of test." -
May 5th seems to be about right if they're planning on an October/November release.
I'm looking forward to seeing what's improved since the beta, and if they fixed the problem waking up my wireless card from sleep. -
Anyone who is a partner can download now, not just the OEM partners.gadget said:This is from ArsTechnica Site:

I can see that it's available for me to download right now, using my partner account.
However, I didn't find time to play with the beta, so I'm not going to waste my time downloading the RC and then do nothing with it. -
I am so happy it is releasing before May 23 - I can install it before I leave for my vacation

You need to have a Partner account (Partner-ID) and log into the partner site. Just having an MSDN or Technet subscription doesn't make you a partner. In my case, I'm a sales partner.gadget said:elmer said:*snip*Maybe is just available to certain partners or only ones with hardware/OEM compentency. Once you get it, send me a copy. It would be nice to actually have the RCelmer said:

The page on the partner site appears to have been updated, to remove the link to the RC, so I guess it's another one of those cases where a page has been edited on-line by mistake, instead of preparing the of-line replacement. With a site that has as much traffic as microsoft.com, I guess editing a live page is bound to result in someone discovering something they shouldn't.

As I mentioned, I didn't try download link that was there a couple of days ago, because I didn't really use the Beta, so I saw no point in wasting my time downloading the RC and not using it... I'll just wait for the RTM. -
Why, just why do I find this phrase confusing?PaoloM said:

The page was put up prematurely as previously happened?
The date should be correct 5th May 2009. -
Neowin is reporting the RC is build 7100 and was finished Tuesday. Maybe we can get it soon enough.

The latest is the RC will be available by April 30 on MSDN.
