Can you suggest an instant launch SDI notepad replacement with atleast hex ed,unicode,large file support? Currently using JujuEdit but it lacks large file support (4+GB) and few minor issues.

The perf should be superb on multi-gigabyte files regardless of the view mode used and the UI as plain as possible without having toolbars everywhere or atleast ability to make it look like notepad.

Large file support limits you to about two or three editors (I don't remember which ones, but I've researched it before).  There's not really all that much choice in that space.
