A day late but, COBOL Turns 50. I've done way more COBOL than I'd care to admit :-/

WOW.... makes me wonder about the age of a few other of the "Classic" ones like Algol, Fortran and the like....

I had to do a bunch when i took classes but never had to do Cobol for any real world stuff.  but I have done dBase II / III and CLipper and some FoxBase
