OEM version cost almost the same, only like 30 bucks difference. I personlly would go Home or Pro. Ultimate this time around is indeed for ultimate users, not me. It is not like I have to get Ultimate to get both Home and Business features back in the Vista days. The pro already has noth Home and Business features. Ultimate is just having some features that I really don't need. I am not boycott is, but simply I am not foreced to buy, which I am glad MS made this decision on Win7.&lt;/p&gt;
