I always get a kick out of people who think their X is "better" then your Y, and act like it's some kind of universal truth. It to me, shows a lack of understanding of what truth is. "Better" if you can consider it an operator has no formal definition. So they waste time in stupid flamewars like this trying to "prove" (lol) their impossible unquantifiable premise. There is never any satisfiable conclusion.

If people want to seek truth they should become mathematicians and stay far far away from operating system wars.

You should note, however, that none of these "enhancements" to the Powershell window are new...  the Powershell shortcut simply has Quickedit and Insert modes turned on in its properties.  You could do the same for cmd.exe or an sh-style shell in Cygwin if you felt so inclined.

Do, or do not. There is no try. - Yoda

What did you do in that community that actually makes you part of it?

Otherwise it is just;

Me in my only little world doesnt fear Windows 7.

Don't worry Corona, it wont bite,... hard,...

That is rubbish. There is plenty of criticism of MS products here which nobody tries to silence.

It's not what you are doing that is nonsense; it's how you are doing it. Try making a coherent statement that shows you've put some thought into what you're saying and is worthy of discussion.

Posting a bullet-point list of vague, one-line trolls, many of which are provably false just by inspection, makes it look like you're trying to show how clever you are, or how much better the things you like are, in some petty point-scoring way. It doesn't make it look like you're trying to start a meaningful discussion.

Other people won't take statements as fact just because you strongly believe them to be facts. If you want to change people's minds and make them share your beliefs then you'll have to do more than argue by assertion.
