do you speak in the language you work? 

 

me; as a database developer - i remember saying using sql terms.

 

one of my another manager asked me now- are you supposed to be today (morning) at different place? 

 

I ended up saying- we had some changes in schedule, so we roll backed the previous statement and updated with new modifications and execution time.

 

WHAT?

 

I said, (rephrasing the sentence) - visiting time has changed so i am visiting this evening...

 

my manager was not blinking his eyes for a minute, and I had a *grin*

lol, I don't think I've done that yet, but I can definitely see it happening.

Except in Dutch, "lol" is a regular word (it means "fun"). Smiley

I have a friend who says "WTF", "pwned", and "LOL".

 

He's not even a computer nerd, just video games.
