Yahoo will soon offer 1 gb inboxes as well. I guess Hotmail will again be the last one.

I can feel my brain cells commiting hara-kiri.
I recall having read a discussion about this somewhere.... Not sure if it was here...

Anywayz, who needs an 1 gig inbox? I have 1 gig, and mine has never been filled up more that 150 MB. Even though I leave a copy of all my messages on the server.....
I don't use GMail of Hotmail because I get more space
on GMail. I use GMail because the web-interface is
*way* better. It is faster, less bull, has a nice
thread system in place and other features in every
area.

You could offer me 10TBs and I still wouldn't move
if the web-interface sucked...

Not to mention GMail has pop mail support.

My name has 9 letters. Coincidence? I think not...
I use umail, which is way better than GMail because 'U' comes later in the alphabet than 'G' (And it has IMAP support). Tongue Out

Exchange has been offering Terrabyte-plus mailbox sizes for years Wink

Y'know whats odd.... why isn't Hotmail a frontend for Exchange? I fail to see why it wouldn't be able to cope. After all, they're still using CGI, right?
Strange, I have two gigs on my hotmail account. Wink
God Bless,

That reminds me, I still only have 2mb on my pikatung AT msn DOT com account. GRrr...

I mostly use GMail just for subscribing to busy mailing lists. The conversation threading is very useful for that - makes following lots of threads much more manageable (once you realise what it's doing of course - its kinda confusing at first).
