I have seen a lot of talk about an app store for windows mobile, but I do not know if there is such a thing for windows OS.

I am trying to figure out how to easily deploy an application for sale. I really want to make registration/ licensing easy.

Does anyone have a suggestion for such a website or place.

Thanks...

They're amazing: great customer service, brillantly designed site, and no crap. Somehow I doubt an official Microsoft app store for Windows would be as smooth as this.

It's not a platform like Steam but it takes care of the selling part of your application.

And you got that statistic from where exactly? But that's not the point - right now there's very little MS downloads that even mention win7. Take the web platform installer for example - it talks about Win2008 and Vista and downloads IIS plugins. But IIS 7.5 is a little different to IIS7, for example the Windows Identity Framework won't run on it (not sure about the RC that was released a couple of days ago), yet the platform installer will happily install everything - but I'm not willing to risk a working IIS configuration to see if it gets it right, especially as the bits I want come with Vista patches.

That doesn't list 99% of games for Vista.

already in the period of the RC. Had delegated some people to get feedback in a clear manner.

So what you're saying is some forum has tested a couple of hundred games, so you made up some numbers. Again.
