Nope... what about Google News or Google Image Search? I remember both of those being in beta for over 2 years.

Ironically , a quick Google showed that "Google News" is the longest running public beta:

But a quick rephrasing suggest's that another Microsoft product is the longest Beta ever... however not public.

I'd say no.

The SQL 2000 beta (especially counting private beta) was pretty darned long, and the Windows 2000 beta was too. Of course the fact that they were lengthy is a good thing- each was a major step forward in comparison to previous versions and needed proper testing and review.
