I'm sure you've all heard about the new US energy bill, that will extend daylight savings time. 

Will this effect current Windows installations? 
Will patches be needed to avoid an early daylight savings time change for PCs in the US?

How will this effect Canada? Will the current Eastern, Central, Mountain & Pacific timezone profiles be split into 2? One for Canada one for the US.
