wmv high links not working

on several of the last videos the wmv-high links arent working :/ the wmv links seems to work but respond slowly..

Thanks for the report. Testing now.  When you say "not working" does this mean the files do not play after downloading them?

ive researched this a bit more.  this is actually not an issue with channel9 per se but appears to be some sort of config issue with ie8b2.  the links work fine on vista and xp and also in firefox under win7.  but for whatever reason they've stopped working in ie O_o this also applies to other places (sites) where wmvs are present, both as links and embeded.

whenever a link to a wmv file is pressed, i get a cant display page error. if the wmv is embedded, i get a broken image icon..

anyhow, c9 is not at fault Smiley

My name has 9 letters. Coincidence? I think not...
I have the same problem. "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" for the WMV (High) links. It's really annoying.

If this is Windows 7, I have a fix:

It happens due to installing other programs that handle video, including some of the Windows Live programs. At least that is the best I can figure out.
