So... [rmb] on the textfield reply box, and you get c9 menu(aswel as the browser context one infront) only the c9 context doesn't hide when you click off of it. I can see why it was made like this, but you need to add in a way to close the c9 menu if a user doesn't want to use any of its menu options.. it just silly ... add a timeout or something like a 'close' option..or even better just remove it, its not useful(maybe make it more useful like adding a smiley pullout) and the toolbar paste icon should just dropdown with the extra paste options(that I doubt get used much anyway)

My name has 9 letters. Coincidence? I think not...
I'm getting that menu only in IE (in Firefox I just get the default menu), and I don't get the default one there. Also the menu disappears when I click outside it, so I can't reproduce any of your problems.

Maybe your user CSS is interfering?
