Bring back the SPAM button

Alright, the SPAM button was abused by some people before, but can't we have a system where clicking the SPAM button sends the C9 team a warning and a link, because the amount of spam on this forum is huge, and it's not being properly sorted out by the C9 team.

The sheer volume of spam means there NEEDS to be a centralized way of reporting it.

They didn't get rid of it. They just rewrote C9 from scratch (C9v4) and didn't re-implement every feature. The spam-button is one of those missing features.
