 Shortcuts in Visual Studio to use the package quickly and effectively in writing the Code is something more
For example:
  in Netbeans with the shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + I == Auto Import Package is Visual Studio is probably not what the Visual Studio 2008 IDE charge code to support less than a Netbeans IDE for free

I have no idea what you're trying to say here. You can setup whatever shortcut keys you want in Visual Studio 2008. Go to Tools->Options->Environment->Keyboard.

You mean like "Ctrl+." ?
