Isn't the video playback based on Silverlight? Or is Silverlight just a "shell" that uses external codecs and stuff? We moved our video formats to the VC-1 based Windows Media codecs, which produce better quality for that bitrate in our experience, not realizing that Windows Mobile doesn't support that codec and (unlike windows media player on the desktop) doesn't seem to download new codecs when required.&lt;/p&gt;
