the bar at top of page with links to news

not sure how else to name that thing.... 

 

please add a button next to it that shows me a list of the news items it is showing.

 

i can not even count how many times i see something and then it's gone.... then i have to play a waiting game if i want to find that link again......

 

if there was a button like [Show All]  I could hit that find the one i want to check out and go.

 

with the current UI i have no way to know how many items are rotating thru that one line, no way to go back to the prior link and no way to know how long i may have to wait to see the one i missed.
