Flash required in Coffeehouse?

Has my just clean installed system already come infected or why I get IE saying "This website wants to run the following add-on 'Adobe Flash Player' ..." on all the pages including the Coffeehouse and this now?

I think this is due to a recent flash update, I'm not sure but since yesterday when adobe released an update I was getting the same message, eventually I just ran it and it stopped bugging me (note this was AFTER updating).

It's still doing it and it can't be due to some local flash update, I have removed the "*" so Flash must always be explicitly allowed to run on per site basis. So to repeat that, it only pops up if the site uses flash, not every site. I did a quick check on the scripts with f12 and did not notice anything flash related.

 

As far as I'm concerned until better explanation comes up C9 is compromised and has some flash based drive-by attack so I'm not running it. Smiley

I made an edit to my post not long after I posted, but aparently c9 dropped it.. anyway the problem isnt at all related to channel9 directly, lots of sites are getting this and its most likely due to flash detection, this has only started happening since the flash update a couple of days ago.
