i am planing to work on an application that uses passport authentication. but i can't find the proper link to download passport sdk. anyone who knows the link can help please

I don't think you can use it anymore outside of Microsoft.

sorry but the link download passport SDk in that page goes to page not found error page.

First and foremost, NO! It is NOT true that Passport is/ will be an Internal-only service. 

Passport SDK 2.5 download link will not work as it is deprecated. The new SDK is called Passport Relying Party Suite (RPS).
