OMG WTF REDESIGN

Okay.

1. DVDs. To my knowledge you can't burn to their full capacity although you can go to 800 megs. Correct?

2. 2 CD Recorders. Is it just me or does Windows XP not support using 2 drives for CD writing? This gets kind of irritating because I have them.

1. XP doesn't support DVD burning, Vista will.

2. You can only use 1 cd-burner using the built in CD-writing tools. You can use more if you install 3rd party set twere.

1. XP may not support DVD burning, but usually if you buy a PC with a DVD burner, then you get a third party tool to help you burn the discs.

As far as the 800M limit, I'm not so sure.  I have a DVD burner on my Compaq (with XP Home), but have not tried it yet.  I plan to try it soon, though, and I'll post back on this thread if somebody else doesn't answer your question first.

Here's a Movie Maker article about burning DVDs...but it is from 2002.

Usually some high-powered software title that entices customers, followed by an under-emphasised "Lite Edition" qualifier in small font.
