Messenger Live 8 Has something not working in it

I logon to my Messenger live 8 and I find that my list does not appear fully, , then I relog on again, my display name is gone, and I repeat and the list comes and then disappears. Somthing is wrong with this.

Any one experiancing the same thing??

Well... I just hovered over my WLM icon and all that it says is "connection error".. My friend was having the same problem yesterday.
edit: I signed out for about a minute and then signed in... no problems, but it still says "connection error" in the WLM Notification Area icon tooltip

Something is broken at Messenger Servers. The lists are wrong.

I see names in my list that I have not added and weird looking things, and it keeps changeing each time I relogin. What is going on?
