The dongle instructions says this device is native to XP/SP2 but WinXP reports it canot find driver for ISSCBTA.  Any sources out there?
Try the following link:

It's an ISO image of the installation disc that came with my cheapie USB dongle.

hi please download free driver
I'm need the driver can you plsss help me or told me another address to download
Look:  Just because this thread is the first one that shows up on Google doesn't mean that anyone here can or will actually provide a driver for you.

Even if you do say 'plssss' or whatever.

Take a few extra seconds, look at some of the other Google results and perhaps PICK THE ONE THAT SEEMS LIKELY.

hey guys~

i've had the same problem and i SOLVED my problem... here's how..

the ISSCBTA bluetooth dongle can run on BlueSoleil v2.3 and you can either buy the software or you can find it for free on the net like i did.

However, BlueSoleil often has many different version, be careful not to end up downloading the ones for VoIP

No need to be an assssh*le. If you bothered reading the other posts and/or have any idea about what version to use - keep your opinion to yourself. This page being top of the Google search, many are hoping to find the solution here ...
Thank you for this!  Link still works.

Looked everywhere for that little CD.
