WerFault.exe and ASP.NET

Couple questions.. 1. does anyone have the ASP.NET development server hang.. which causes Windows Problem Reporting (werfault.exe) to run?  and 2. does anyone have any idea why werfault.exe is such a hog? It usually bogs my machine down pretty bad while it's running.

Well, additional info is that the fault is occuring during COM interop with a dll our company wrote. What is strange is that this fault doesn't occur when running the same code under IIS, just the Dev.WebServer.exe process.

Oh well.. just makes life a little harder Tongue Out
