Hi!

I have a tech blog http://www.easytutorials.net/ in which I want to use Vista's Logo. Is it legal to do that?

I used the term "Windows" so I placed "Windows is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and other countries." in the bottom of the page.
I should do that for Windows Logo too?

you should contact microsoft and ask them for permission and or guidelines on the use of any brand name / trademark and or logo / image /artwork.


this is a legal issue and no one here can give you an answer that counts.

we can give an "opinion" but if we are wrong and you get taken to court .... well I think that says it right there.

not to say they will not let you ... jjust that folks here can not speak as legal advisors.

go call MSFT and ask them.
