Hi again everyone,

I got  about 12 Win2K3 servers isolated from the Internet (which I think is a good thing) they have been that way for like 3 years now and there should be a lot of updates that they have missed.  And given the important updates going these days and the fact that they accessed by very virus prone clients PCs, I think is better to get'em updated.

Securing Internet access for them is something that, well... it's gonna happend the very same day hell freezes over. (client policy and they are very stubborn)

So, do you guys know if is there a tool that I can download, run it on the servers, tell me what patches are needed so I can download'em from somewhere else.

Sure, It's cumbersome but I can't think of another way.

If you have at least Service Pack 2 then take a look at AutoPatcher.

Install it on an Internet-connected computer and it will download all of the updates for Windows Server 2003 SP2 from Microsoft's servers and create an offline installer for them. You can then load AutoPatcher on your servers and patch them that way.
Ideally, I'd opt for setting WSUS up. That way only one server machine needs direct internet access and all the others can get there patches from it. You'll also get a good way of managing and testing patch deployment into the bargain.
