Develop CSP in Vista

hi,
i'm currently develop the CSP Vista.

i just want to check, is the step that i took is correct or not.

1-develop a code in vs studio 2005
2-change the advapi file according to the OS version.
3-run the machine with any LIVE CD
4-replace the advapi32.dll in c:\windows\system32
5-replace the advapi32.dll in c:\windows\winsxs\(depends on ur advapi32 version number)
6-rename the advapi32.dll to x86_microsoft-advapi32_(depends on ur advapi32 version number)
7-run in cmd: c:\windows\system32 : cspSign c xxxx.dll
8-run in cmd: c:\windows\system32 : regsvr32 xxxx.dll
9-test the csp program
