When you go into "Device Manager \ PORTS (COMM & LPT) \ 'hardware'(COM#)" and access the 'Port Setting' - B/S, Parity, Bit Rate etc. 

Where about in the registry are the keys for the 'Port Settings' made?

Am I looking in the wrong place, the setting are written to system files?

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\'hardwarefolder'" gives me four folders with relevent information but no such place for 'Port Settings'. I cannot gain access to the 'Properties' folder.
