win7 slow after last update

for some reason the win7 explorer has gotten increeedibly slow after the last win update :/ it seems to be mainly network shares that have a problem but also logging in takes for ever. i have two computers that are running win7 and they are both experiencing this problem. my home box seems fine but its not in a domain.

i initially suspected forefront but that doesnt seem to be the case..

is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Try removing the update first, just to be sure. If it speeds up then great you know the cause, and hit the feedback button.
