Win 2003 Server and KB954430

One of our Windows 2003 Servers has some update, related to KB954430, which continuously wants to be installed.  I've done it three times, and it still keeps popping back up to be installed.  Why is that?

perhaps the update is not installing correctly?
or WU is not detecting the update as installed?

sounds like you might want to open a support case with MSFT....
