VS2010 will not start

I've been using VS2010 for the last week and as of today, the UI will not start, I just see devenv sitting in the task list.

Before I go and re-install, anyone else seen this and have an answer?

Found the answer, seems installing Codesmith causes the problem.  devenv /resetsettings seems to cure it.
