Human after all

Running 7 and XP Pro on a network, got XP running windows search 4, indexing a folder thats accessible on the network..

When I try and add the network folder to a library I get told I can't because it isn't indexed..

This is right? sucks if so, managed to trick it by enabling sync on it (works after you remove sync as well but obviously slowly).

Interesting. I was able to add a network location once I installed Windows Search 4 and let it finish indexing. The machine is running Server 2003, but should act the same as XP Pro.
