MSDN Downloads - Offline?

Hi guys.

 

I've been using MSDN downloads and the charming Microsoft Download App for many years now, and I'm pretty certain nothing is up with my end.

 

However, I cannot download anything today. It just times out. I've tried from two completely different geographical locations with different ISPs.

 

I can't find anything stating that the system is down... anyone know what is up, or seeing the same issue?
