So - does this replace WCF?

Why would I want to write web services in native code?</sarcasm>

Hello everyone,

Thank you for interest in this talk. Unfortunately I am not able to answer your questions until the time of the talk on PDC. However please do post them such that I could make sure I have answers for them in the talk. Also watch for upcoming posts on my blog for this as well. I am sorry for a delay but it is only few weeks before I can answer all your questions.

Looking forward to seeing you at PDC 2008!

Thanks,

Excellent.
I'm looking forward to see more and more in native world.

Thanks,

I would like to know how WWSAPI compares with gSOAP. We are currently using gSOAP to talk to our WCF services. Are there any benefits to switching our current gSOAP layer to use Windows Web Services API?

Hello,

You should be able to use WWSAPI instead of gSOAP for talking to WCF services. If you see any problems, please let me know. You can use either feedback form on my blog,http://blogs.msdn.com/nikolad, or post on WWS API forum, http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/wwsapi/threads/.

Thanks,
Nikola

I have downloaded the sample project and built it,but i got a error like this:Failure errorcode=0x80070057

The count for parameter description is 4181(0x1055) while parameter description is null on  WS_OPERATION_DESCRIPTION.
