   Hi, perhaps I'm being dense but before I run this tool I'd just like to know exactly what it does.
   For example, if I run it on an OEM Windows XP Pro Chinese installation does everything then display in English?  Totally, completely everything?  Can it be changed back?  Are you in Beijing?  Would you like to have dinner, lunch or coffee?  Ha-ha.

Hello,

 

I tried your link and it doeesnt seem to work .Am I doing something wrong?? It picks up the operating system language and when I change it , it doesnt switch..Should I be running the exe.manifest file and if so how??
