It demonstrates and employs web standards and accessible code for tabular data table creation. As usual, it's presented free of charge to the community and strives to make tabular data tables more accessible and available to all users, both physically challenged and unchallenged.
You can view it online as well as download a zipped .chm and also a zipped web-based version containing all of the project files.
